Q: Does the car have Air condition ?

A: It depends on the type of car you purchase. WSI shall inform you through email if your selected car(s) has AC or not.

 

Q: How can I make a payment for my order?

A: WSI accepts 3 forms of payments. 1

1. Bank Wire Transfer (TT).

2. Western Union. This method involves some cost and may take time.

3. By sending us a check. This may also take a few extra days.
   
    

Q: I live in USA. Can you ship a car to another country on my behalf ?

A: Yes, WSI has many clients who live in the USA  who order cars from us and ship to Africa.  For example, to ship a car from USA to West Africa would cost 3000 US Dollars. Shipping from Germany to most West African destinations would cost only about $1200 US Dollars because the distance is not far. That means you can save and buy 2 more small cars for the money. We also have bank account in USA, so you can pay there easily also.

 

Q: What kind of vehciles do you export ?

A: WSI exports virtually all kind of vehicles, including buses and trucks. The most known brands are Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, Opel, Volvo, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot, Scania, Audi, Renault, Iveco etc.

 

Q: Are there any hidden costs other than car price and shipping cost ?

A: There are no any hidden cost involved from our side. All you have to pay is the car price and shipping cost.

 

Q: I want to send a Vehicle to Ghana. How old should the car be ?

A: You can import any vehicle to Ghana, however cars newer than 10 years have very little duty. There is no any duty for trucks and buses. For more information, please contact your customs office in Accra or Port of Tema.

Q: Are the cars in Germany Left steering or Right steering ?

A: All cars in Germany are Left steering. That means, all the cars on our website are also left hand drives.
 

Q: What is the condition of the cars you sell ?

A: All our cars are thoroughly inspected and are cleared to be in good working conditions before being shipped. We do not export accident cars or vehicles with dead engines. German people are car enthusiasts, so they maintain their cars very well. Germany also has  very strict motor vehicle laws so cars must have minimum standards before they are permitted on the road.

 

Q: I want to buy 2 cars, can I get a discount ?

A: Yes, you can get a discount depending on which cars you want to buy. Please tell us exactly which cars so we can answer in details. If you buy more than 1 car, discount is 5%.

 

Q: I am a car dealer or want to resell your cars. How can I do that ?

A: We can assist you to get good cars at low cost. You can buy and sell the vehicles yourself in your country. Find out the customs charges from local authorities. Ships leave every week from our ports so you can get regular supply of cars. If you have no capital to buy cars yourself, we pay you commission if someone buys through you.

 

Q: Do you export heavy trucks ?

A: Yes, we also export trucks. The most known brands are: Mercedes, MAN, Iveco, DAF, Scania and Volvo. Contact us with your requirements such as:

Q: I just need a cheap car. How can I get it ?

A: Just tell us what is the maximum you would afford for the car without shipping cost. We can then make you an offer the best car in your price range.

 

Q: I like to import a BMW. How much is it ?

A: This is a very vague question, because there is BMW for $800 and also for $40,000. We can help you better if you tell us how old the car should be, what model or in what price range the car should be.

 

Q: Which documents are required to get the car after it arrived ?

A: After the car has been shipped, we will notify you on what day and which ship the car is transported. We also send you the Bill of Lading Documents via DHL Express Airmail to the address you have specified. This document authorizes you to get your vehicle.

Q: How long does it take to ship after you received the payment ?

A: Upon receipt of your payment, your vehicle will be prepared for shipment and will be transported to the port the same week. We do not store sold cars for a longer time.

Q: Is there any Insurance ?

A: Insurance is already included by the shipping company for the total loss of vehicle. This is also well documented in the Bill of Lading.

A: Absolutely. One of our main business is to find vehicles for our customers. If you do not find the car you want on our website, we can search through many of our partners and find the vehicle you want for you. Please contact us.

Q: What does 122K mean ?

A: It means the car has been driven 122,000 KM. Remember this is KM. 1Mile = 1.625 KM. So Cars in Germany have generally lower mileage than in the USA.

 

Q: Can I pay by check ?

A: Yes, we do accept checks. But we have to ensure that the check is cleared before pursuing with the transaction. You can also pay via Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union. Please contact us for more information.

Q: What form of inspection is performed on the vehicles before shipment ?

A: We inspect engine, transmission, head lights, brake lights, tires, turn signals, doors, all fluids including engine oil, transmission oil, brake oil, Radiator cooler etc...and we fix and repair first if anything is missing or defective.

 

Q: I have already sent you payment for a car. when do I receive the car ?

A: After we receive your payment, we send you confirmation. Then we will prepare your car for shipment. Ships leave every week from our ports. After your car is loaded, you will receive BL documents via DHL Express at your address.

Q: How long does it take to send a car to West Africa ?

A: Once you have selected and ordered a vehicle, you get Invoice. After payment is confirmed, we take your car to the port. There are ships going to West African ports every week. The ship takes about 7-10 days to reach the ports.

Q: I observe that some vehicles  have been stocked for a long time. Are these vehicles still avialable ?

A: Yes, some vehicles have been posted longer time. That means they are just samples and it also means we can find you similar vehicles. Due to large number if vehicles, it is difficult to change the pictures often. If you do not find the car you need on your website, please contact us so we can find it for you.

 

Q: I would like to give you a project to search for vehicles to uy . What is the cost ?

A: We can definitely help you to find the vehicle you need. We travel to the vehicle location, inspect the vehicle on your behalf and make a report to you. This involves some  extra cost. If you have any particular question, just contact us.

 

Q: I am a Diplomat in a Foreign country. Do I pay less ?

A: If you are a Diplomat, memberr of UN, Embassy, NGO or any international organization in the country where you work, you do not pay any customs. That means you pay only the car cost plus shipping cost. For more information please contact us.

Q: I live in the USA and want to buy a car to be shipped to different country . Can I pay by check ?

A: Yes, we have accounts in the USA where you can pay easily by check. contact us for more information.

 

Q: How can I know that you sent the Bill of Lading Documents ?

A: After the vehicle is shipped, we send the documents via DHL Express. We also send you the DHL tracking number so you can track the shipment in the internet.

 

Q: Can I ship my car with a container ?

A: We can provide 20ft or 40ft containers if you need. Containers are expensive, so we do not recommend unless you have a special reason.
